Vegan Supper Club

Our Vegan Supper Club is back, with a new menu.

As always, chef Tai will be putting his own spin on some vegan classics from around the globe:

Tom Yum Soup Shots

Mango & Papaya Salad

Oyster Mushroom Pancakes with hoisin sauce,

Thai Yellow Curry with avocado, asparagus, baby corn, mange tout and mushroom served with red rice

Carrot Fudge

Chef Tai will be drawing upon his own multicultural experiences to bring a diverse and delicious tasting menu to the table. From his childhood growing up in Mumbai to time spent cooking professionally in Italy, Tai has taken inspiration from it all. So if you still think that meat-free cooking can be dull, then prepare to give your tastebuds a shock.

This is veganism 2.0. And it’s delicious.
