Think you can’t do yoga because you’re not bendy? Think again – your strength and cardio regime gives you advantages on the mat.

In this regular Saturday session you’ll be strengthening moves and stretches to complement your other fitness goals. Great for runners and those looking to strengthen, stretch and tone.

Led by Lara four time marathon runner , you’ll begin with Asana to build strength, active stretches and finish with longer held (yin) poses to target the muscle fascia.
