Spring Herbal Vinegar Workshop

Everyone knows that chamomile is the answer to a good night’s sleep, that lemon is an invigorating way to start your morning and that ginger can settle a stomach. But did you know that that herbal medicinal vinegars can be antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral as well as helping fight respiratory infections, coughs and bronchitis?

Give your body a healthy boost for spring in this workshop, including tea tasting, learning plant properties and their uses, and making vinegar tonic.
