Guided Outdoor Mindfulness with The Hour
Enjoy 30 minutes of bliss for the mind. Rather than letting go of our thoughts, mindfulness is the practice of being aware of our thoughts, observing them and returning to the present.
This outdoor session will guide you through a calming practice designed to quieten the mind bringing it to focus on the present – using awareness of your body and the sounds of The Tide.
What to bring: Mats are optional as the practice can be done seated
