Group singing is the most exhilarating of all singing and offers long-lasting transformation in mood and outlook, according to new research. Singing has also been shown to improve our sense of happiness and wellbeing. Research has found, for example, that people feel more positive after actively singing than they do after passively listening to music or after chatting about positive life events. In other words it’s the perfect way to improve your health, well-being and social life.
Please join us for Singfulness Classes every Monday from 12-13:00pm. This class is open to everyone including adults and children under two. Our cafe Vagabond Foods is also offering free tea or coffee after the lesson.
