Wednesday Flow Yoga

Please join Yoga Alliance trained instructor Hannah Calvert for a session of rejuvenation and restoration.

The class will begin with breath work and gentle movement to warm the body up. It will then transition into to fluid movements to get the heart rate up. The class will end with lower deeper postures and relaxation time.

Mats will be provided. All abilities welcome.

Every Wednesday 11:00-12:00pm. £10 per person.
