Wednesday Lunchtime Yoga Flow

Please join us for a gentle Yoga Flow Class, perfect for a break from your day. The class is suitable for all levels, and includes gentle stretching, breath work, and time for relaxation at the end.

Hannah began her yoga journey over 10 years ago and has since qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin studying in India and the UK. She teaches all levels, working with injuries and clients of all ages, using a hands on approach to assist clients to develop further in their practice. Hannah is also a qualified Sound Therapist and incorporates this aspect where possible into her yoga classes

Mats will be provided. All abilities welcome.

Every Wednesday 13:30-2:30pm. £10 per person.
