Mum and Baby Yoga with The Hour
Postnatal yoga is great way to heal, strengthen and nurture yourself after birth. This class is suitable for mums a minimum of 6 weeks’ postpartum and for babies under 12 months of age.
The 30 minute session will guide mums through yoga sequences designed to strengthen abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor and include baby to support bonding. At the end of the session, you’ll have decreased overall stress and be in a relaxed state.
What to bring: Just yourself and baby. Buggies can be stored on site and mats and equipment are all provided.
